Ingredients:
- 2 Moosies (any flavour – Chocolate and Strawberry work great!)
- 8 soft cookies (choc chip, double choc, oat, or your fave)
- Optional extras:
- o Mini choc chips
- o Sprinkles
- o Crushed nuts
- o Desiccated coconut
Method:
- Thaw your Moosies slightly so they’re soft enough to scoop – about 5-10 mins at room temp.
- Cut open the top and squeeze the contents into a bowl. Stire gently for an even texture.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of Moosies mix onto the flat side of a cookie.
- Top with another cookie and press down gently to spread the filling.
- Roll the edges in sprinkles, choc chips or coconut if you’re feeling fancy.
- Eat immediately for a soft serve feel or freeze for 1-2 hours if you like them
firm and frosty.
